| 摘 要： | 随着网络与信息资源的广泛应用,高校图书馆也开始越来越注重信息化的建设,这也为高校图书馆提出了更高、更新的要求与挑战。阐述了信息时代背景下提高高校图书馆员素质的必要性,分析了现阶段高校图书馆员的素质现状,探讨了提高高校图书馆员素质的措施。

| Abstract: | Along with the wide application of the network and information resources,university library begins to pay more and more attentions to informatization construction,which puts forward higher and newer requirements and challenges to university library.This paper expounds the necessity of improving librarian＇s quality under the background of information age,analyzes the present situation of university librarian＇s quality at this stage,and probes into the measures for improving university librarian＇s quality. |
