| Abstract: | Through the comparative analysis on the status of valid patents in Shanxi Province and in the whole country,in six provinces of central China and in five provinces and cities of northern China,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving Shanxi＇s capacity of creating,applying,protecting and managing intellectual property and promoting the development of intellectual property strategy. |
