未来西部地区中小型图书馆纸质文献与电子文献发展研究

在比较研究纸质文献与电子文献优缺点的基础上,结合西部地区中小型图书馆资金缺乏、办馆条件差及乐山师范学院图书馆实际情况,提出了平衡两种文献资源建设比例的对策,使图书馆资源优势互补,为图书馆从信息服务向知识服务转型提供可靠信息保障,建设优质复合图书馆。

Research on the Future Development of the Paper Documents and Electronic Documents in Small and Medium-sized Libraries in Western China

Based on the comparison of the merits and faults of the paper and electronic documents,and connecting with the lack of funds and the poor running condition of the small and medium-sized libraries in western China and the practical situation of the library of Leshan Teachers College,this paper puts forward some strategies for balancing the proportion of the two kinds of documents in the construction of information resources in order to realize the complementary advantages of library＇s resources,provide reliable information security for the transformation of library from information service into knowledge service,and construct the hybrid library.
