| 摘 要： | 简述了德育与图书馆工作的关系,从环境熏陶、文献激励、行为塑造等方面分析了德育功能在图书馆工作中的具体体现,在此基础上,指出应通过文献信息资源建设、导读工作、网站德育服务、形式多样的文化活动发挥图书馆的德育功能。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly expounds the relationship between the moral education and the library work,and analyzes the concrete reflections of moral education function in library work from environment cultivating,literature encouraging,and behavior modeling,etc.,and based on this,points out that should give full play to library＇s moral education function through the construction of information resources,the reading guidance,the website＇s moral service,and various kinds of cultural activities. |
