| 摘 要： | 十七大报告是党的理论创新的新的里程碑,也是军队加强科学管理、推进军事管理创新的行动指南。从树立人本观念、质量观念、效益观念、发展观念等方面出发,分别对强化和谐意识、精品意识、信息意识、创新意识等方面逐一进行阐述,旨在为从事军队院校教学管理的工作者提供一定的理论依据。
