摘    要:本文利用非平衡态动力学方法探讨了 Brigg-Haldane 稳态假说对酶促反应的适用性.结果表明,在反应过程中间并不存在着一个时间区域使稳态条件成立.并采用分支理论得到了反应动力学方程的近似解.

Abstract:The method of non-equilibrium dynamics is applied in this paper to inverstigate in Brigg-Haldane steady state hypothesis in the process of enzyme catalytic reaction into the adaptation.It is resulted that there does not exist certain time domaim during the reaction process that the steady state condition is established.And the approximate linear solutions of the reaction dynamic equations are obtained by the theory of bifurcation.
