摘    要:由人工观测转炉炉口火焰演变情况来控制炼钢的吹炼过程是目前常用的方法,但长期以来存在着经验共享的困难.为了从中提取出炉口火焰潜在的规律并进行数据获取和保存,利用DirectShow技术设计了炉口火焰图像获取系统.该系统采用组件对象模型的构架方法,实现了采集设备的选取和视频流的预览、压缩、采集存储,并结合相关代码实现了图像特征提取,得到了温度和色调两种变化曲线.实际结果表明,该系统运行稳定,为在线动态地控制转炉炼钢过程及预报终点提供了一种相对便捷的方法.

Abstract:Observing the converter mouth flame evolution situation by the worker is the present commonly used method to control the blowing process of the steel-making.However,it has inherent problem regarding the difficulty of experience sharing.In order to extract the converter mouth flame latent rule and then gain and preserve the data,a new design of converter mouth image capturing system based on DirectShow,which is a new standard media-streaming architecture for Windows platform,was presented.The system employed the component object model architecture,including the selection of capture device,video stream real-time preview,compression,capture and storage,and realized the image characteristic extraction with the correlation code,finally obtained the change curves of the temperature and the hue.The experimental result indicates that the system is stable,and it is a relatively convenient method to control the converter steel-making process and predict the end-point on line.
