佛山经济发展若干问题探讨

概述今后十年佛山经济发展面临的国际国内环境，着重分析国内经济形势对佛山的影响，具体提出佛山经济发展的十点建议：（一）从过去的大投入、超高速发展时期，转向调整、高质、快速发展时期；（二）佛山大市应发展成为珠江三角洲的产业带；（三）佛山市区的发展可选择“佛山—南海一体化”方案，或保持现状；（四）佛山应采取低投入增加生产能力的经济发展方针；（五）实行工业存量调整；（六）增量调整主要是发展高新技术产业；（七）整顿房地产产业；（八）规范和发展股份制；（九）整顿金融，规范经营；（十）加强对宏观政策走向的研究

Some Issues Concerning the Development of Foshan's Economy

After a brief account of the international and domestic situations Foshan will be faced with in its economic development in the ten years to come, this paper devotes much attention to the analysis of the domestic economic development in terms of its potential influence upon Foshan, and makes the following ten suggestions. 1. A shift should be made from the past high investment and surper high speed to adjustment, high quality and high speed. 2. Foshan should be turned into anindustrial belt zone of the Pearl River Delta region. 3. The development of Foshan city proper should be pomoted either in the direction of integrating the existing Foshan and Nanhai cities or in the direction of the existing development program. 4. A principle of low investment aiming at improving productivity should be adopted. 5. Readjusting the existing industrial strueture. 6. New projects should aim at the development of high tech industries. 7. Reorganizing the present real estate. 8. Reorganizing the banking system and regulating its management. 9. Regulating and developing the share system. 10. More importance should be attached to the research on macro policies concerning Foshan's economic development.
