硫化氢对罗氏沼虾4种组织中POD、PPO酶活力的影响

摘    要:将罗氏沼虾暴露在0、0.05、0.1、0.15、0.2 mg/L硫化氢中12 h后显示,随着硫化氢浓度的增加,其肝脏、心脏、鳃、复眼4种组织中POD和PPO的酶活力呈先增加后减少的变化趋势.结果表明:硫化氢对罗氏沼虾4种组织中POD和PPO酶活力的影响与浓度有关,其中对肝脏和鳃两种组织中POD、PPO酶活力的影响明显大于其他组织,这两种免疫相关酶的酶活力变化可以灵敏地反映虾类养殖水体中硫化氢的胁迫程度和毒性.

Abstract:The activity changes of two immune-related enzymes,peroxidase(POD) and phenoloxidase(PPO) in Macrobrachium rosenbergii's four tissues(eye,gill,liver and heart) were analysed after exposure to different Hydrogen sulfide concentrations(0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2 mg/L) for 12 hours.The result showed that along with the increaseing of concentration of H2S,the activities of both POD and PPOs' in four tissues were enhanced firstly and then dropped.It can be indicated that the activities of POD and PPO in Macrobrachium r...
