Eu3+-Ce3+共交换13X沸石材料的制备条件及光学性能研究

摘    要:
通过水浴离子交换法,制备出长波紫外激发的Eu3+/Ce3+的偏蓝白光荧光体,并对其结构和光学性质进行研究.结果表明:(1)当Eu3+、Ce3+离子浓度比为1∶1时,荧光效果最好;(2)Ce3+能作为敏化离子激活Eu3+发光,所得样品在还原气氛下进行焙烧处理,得到长波紫外激发的主发射峰分别在458、548 nm处的Eu3+-Ce3+-13X偏蓝白光荧光材料,并且随着烧结温度的升高,发射主峰发生明显的红移,发射峰的半峰宽明显增大.

Abstract:
The bluish white phosphors contaning Eu3+/Ce3+ which could be excited by longwave ultraviolet were prepared via ion-exchange between Eu3+ /Ce3+ and zeolite 13X.Its structure and optical properties were characterized examined carefully,and the following results were obtained:(1) The best fluorescence was effect achieved at the concentration ratio of Eu3+ and Ce3+ of 1:1.(2) Cerium ions could be considered as sensitizer for europium ions.The Eu3+-Ce3+-13X bluish white phosphors excited by long-wave ultraviole...
