卡车板簧支架拓扑优化设计

摘    要:在HyperWorks中建立板簧支架的有限元拓扑空间和非拓扑空间。通过拓扑优化建立板簧支架的最优化设计方案.根据拓扑结果,在CATIA中建立板簧支架模型,然后对该模型进行强度分析。验证设计的合理性。

Abstract:Based on the HyperWorks,the topological space and non-topological space of truck leaf spring bracket are established based on the HyperWorks.Optimal design is built though topology optimization.Accord to the topology result,the model is established on CATIA,then the structural strength analysis is done to verify its reasonability.
