循环GMRES算法实现中的耦合分析

摘    要:为了得到循环GMRES算法的高效实现方法,将循环GMRES算法的两个主要过程看作子系统,并考察子系统的不同耦合方式对整体系统的影响。给出了循环GMRES算法的弱耦合向量化实现。实验表明,在向量编程环境中循环GMRES算法的弱耦合实现效率更高,编程也更容易。

Abstract:To obtain the efficient method of loop GMRES algorithm,the two main procedures of loop GMRES algorithm were regarded as two subsystems,and the influences of different coupling patterns of the subsystems on the whole system were observed.In particular,a weak-coupling vector implementation for loop GMRES was given.Experimental results show that the weak-coupling implementation is more efficient than the original implementation under the environment with the merit of easier programming.
