塑性混凝土防渗配合比试验研究

摘    要:针对塑性混凝土低抗压强度(不大于5MPa)、低弹性模量(不大于1 000MPa)、极限应变大、高抗渗性的特点,文章在满足弹性模量500MPa、抗压强度大于2.0MPa、渗透系数小于1.0×10-7 cm/s的边界条件下通过对塑性砼组成材料的试验及对塑性混凝土进行无侧限压缩试验和三轴压缩试验等方法对13种配合比进行研究和分析,重点研究如何通过配合比的优化设计来满足塑性混凝土的各项指标,特别是抗渗性能指标。结果表明,选取最优膨润土掺量和水泥掺量,可使渗透系数达到最小。

Abstract:Aimed at the characteristics of plastic concrete including low compressive strength(not larger than 5 MPa),low elastic modulus(no larger than 1000 MPa),large limit strain and high impermeability,this paper tested the raw materials for plastic concretes,carried out unconfined compressive strenght test and triaxial compression test on the plastic concretes with 13 mix proportions under the limit conditions of elastic modulus 500 MPa,compressive strength>20 MPa,and permeability coefficiency>1.0×10-7 cm/s,with the emphasis on the optimized design of mix proportion to satisfy the indexes for plastic concrete,especially the impermeability.The results show that optimized Bentonite and cement content minimized the permeability coefficiency.
