对皮江法炼镁升温过程的数值模拟

摘    要:采用函数解析法和数值法对皮江法炼镁还原阶段球团的升温过程进行数值模拟,通过对模拟结果比较分析,总结出数值法较适合对皮江法炼镁瞬态热分析的模拟,从模拟结果中进一步总结归纳皮江法炼镁存在的缺陷,为今后的镁产业研究指明方向。

Abstract:In this paper,the temperature during the redoxomorphic stage of the silicon-thermo-reduction was simulated by analytical method and numerical method.Through the comparison and analysis,we summarized that the proper way to simulate the transient thermal analysis on the silicon-thermo-reduction is the numerical method and made a further summary of the imperfection of the silicon-thermo-reduction.Obviously,all the above works will have a wider significance to the forthcoming magnesium industry.
