摘    要:在分析总结了目前我国普通工业物联网及煤矿物联网技术和原理的前提下,提出了应用矿用本安型多信道工业环网SDH/MSTP技术,实现煤矿物联网的新型架构体系。阐述了新型煤矿物联网的基本原理及设计思想;论述了系统的构架及要求,研究了系统的功能特点、建设条件及基本内容,以及系统的主要技术问题。同时,基于笔者设计的新型煤矿物联网架构体系,设计了音频、视频、数据三网合一的传输模式,解决了实时数据运行中的技术难题。经过多个特大型煤矿的应用实践,实现了井下少人及无人工作面的监控,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:On the analysis of the Industry things networking and Coal mine content networking technologies and principle,we put forward an application of Mine Ann type channel industrial ring network(SDH/MSTP) technology to realize the structure of the network system of coal mine.In this paper the basic principle of coal mine content networking,method and design content and the system’s architecture and requirements,the system function characteristics,construction condition and the basic content,and the main technical problem of the system were introduced.At the same time,on the basis of the designed network architecture system for coal mine,the combiued net mode for transmission of audio,video,and data was designed to solve the technical problem of real-time data operation.This system was applied in many large coal plants,realized the monitor of less or no people underground work,and achieved good results.
