基于APDL的桥式起重机主梁快速优化设计

摘    要:应用ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL,对桥式起重机主梁进行了优化设计专用模块的开发,实现对起重机主梁快速优化设计。通过获取主梁最佳结构参数,不仅完成主梁结构的轻量化,降低生产成本,极大提高设计分析效率,为快速的对桥式起重机进行优化设计提供了一个有效的途径和方法。

Abstract:The ANSYS parametric design language APDL was used to develop the special module of the optimization design for bridge crane girder and realize the fast optimization design for the main girder of crane.Through getting the best structural parameters of main girder,it not only completed the lightweight of girder structure and reduced the production cost,but also greatly improved the design analysis efficiency,which provided an effective way and method fast optional design to bridge crane.
