摘    要:摩擦因子预测的准确性是模拟结果能否反映现实的关键,对指导实践具有重要意义。通过对不同摩擦系数下30CrMnSi热反挤压杯形件的成形力的模拟与实验进行对比研究,利用误差平方和以及多项式的最小二乘法对模拟数据进行处理,反推出工况下润滑剂油基石墨的摩擦因子,并加以匹配分析。另外针对不同摩擦因子对模具磨损程度的影响进行了对比研究。经分析与对比研究成功预测出了实况下的摩擦因子值及摩擦与磨损的关系。

Abstract:The prediction accuracy of friction factor is the key of the simulation results to reflect the reality and has a important significance for guiding practice.Through the comparative study of simulation and experiment on forming force of 30CrMnSi hot backward extrusion cup under different friction coefficients,the sum of error square and least squares method of polynomial were used for processing the simulation data,then the friction factor of the lubricant oil-based graphite under working conditions were inversed and a matching analysis was made.In addition,the influencing extent of different friction factors on mold wear was comparatively studied.The friction factor value and the relationship between friction and wear under actual cases were predicted from the above analysis and comparative study.
