基于物联网技术的塔式起重机无线远程监控系统

摘    要:以塔式起重机为对象,从塔式起重机状态安全监控的角度出发,利用物联网技术,结合塔式起重机具体的工作方式及工作条件,对基于物联网技术的塔式起重机无线远程监控系统进行研究。重点研究塔机运行状态信息采集、ARM9主控制板监控和ZigBee及GPRS无线传输。该系统安装使用方便,功耗低,满足了塔式起重机监控系统的要求。本课题解决了塔式起重机运行状态实时采集、数据存储和布线难的问题,对塔式起重机的安全运行和事故分析有重要的工程实际意义。

Abstract:Setting tower crane as the object,starting from the state of safety monitoring of tower crane,by using internet of things technology and combining with the specific way and working conditions of tower crane,this paper studies the wireless remote monitoring system of tower crane based on internet of things technology.Collection of operation state information of tower crane,monitoring of ARM9 Lord panel and wireless transmission of ZigBee and GPRS are mainly described in this paper.The system has advantages such as convenient installation and low power consumption,and can meet the requirements of tower crane monitoring system.This subject solves the questions of real-time runtime-state collection,data storage and hard wiring of tower crane,which has an important engineering practical significance to the safe operation and accident analysis of tower crane.
