| 摘 要： | 以断裂力学为理论基础,结合使用表面缺陷换率图,对焊接结构缺陷所引起的主要失效模式———断裂进行研究,提出了一种评定焊接结构缺陷失效的新方法。通过工程实例的检验,对比了试验所得值和本方法所得值,得到误差为3%,在合理范围内。此方法具有可行性强,对工程质检人员有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | Flaw failure is one of the major factors which affect the mechanical properties of welding structure of equipments.On the basis of fracture mechanics and the exchange rate graph of surface defects,a novel method was proposed to evaluate the defect failure of welding structure.In the practical engineering,experimental values were compared with the theoretical values obtained by this method.The error of 3% was acceptable.Therefore,this method is feasible and useful for the quality inspection workers. |
