变参数四杆机构的设计及应用

摘    要:针对常规四杆机构中可控性结构参数少的缺点,给出了一种机构参数在运动过程中适时变化的新型变参数四杆机构.讨论了变参数四杆机构设计分析的通用步骤及方法,提出了变参数四杆机构分析设计的两个重要数学模型并加以求解.实验和应用显示了变参数四杆机构优良的动力学特性.

Abstract:The general procedure and the method of the new kind of bar linkage are discussed and two important mathematics models are deduced. An application example, in which the varible length four bar linkage is used in beam pumping unit's design, is given to demonstrate the practical effect. By the comparison between the normal pumping unit and derivative pumping unit, the excellent performance and application prospect of the variable length four bar linkage is illustrated.
