| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on some obvious problems existing in the development of the higher professional colleges in the new period, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures such as optimizing the holdings structure, establishing the high-quality and high-efficiency acquisitioning and compiling mechanism, strengthening the construction of the human resource, and carrying out the service for readers with various forms, etc. |
