| 摘 要： | 法律基础课是一门理论性、思辩性和实践性都很强的课程，如按传统的讲授方法往往很难达到理想的教学效果。为提高教学效果，使教与学能够辩证的结合起来，笔者采用了案例教学法作为改善教学的手段，并从案例教学法的作用、原则和方法三个方面分别进行了论述。
