基于DOLI系统的数字控制及JIC测试软件的研发

摘    要:该项研发的目的是拓展配备DOLI系统试验机的功能,为延性断裂韧度(JIC)测试提供教学及科研的试验平台.作者借助DOLI系统的函数库及微软的MFC类库,应用Win32串行通信、多线程及面向对象等技术,通过模块化设计研发出基于DOLI系统的数字控制及JIC测试软件.运用该软件对12Cr1MoV 钢及20Mn钢的三点弯曲试样进行了JIC测试. 结果表明,软件不仅运行稳定、可靠,能够实时、准确地控制试验机,而且可以进行JIC测试与数据分析.

Abstract:This work expands the function of testing machines with a DOLI system, and provides a platform for teaching and research.Based on the function library of DOLI system and MFC Class Libraries provided by Microsoft,software for digital control has been developed,and measurement of the ductile fracture toughness(J_(IC)) performed by modularized design.The software development makes use of techniques such as multi-thread,serial communication in Win32,object oriented programming,etc.The J_(IC) of 12Cr1MoV and 20Mn steel was measured using the three-point bending specimens.The result shows that the software not only operates stably and reliably and can accurately control the testing machine in real-time,but can also measure J_(IC) and carry out digital analysis.
