基于有限元的金属切屑过程仿真研究

摘    要:阐述了金属切削有限元仿真的优势和理论方法.基于大变形有限元理论,建立了金属切削的有限元模型,利用通用的商业有限元软件实现了切屑形成过程的仿真.通过仿真结果,可以比较直观看到应力,温度等在切屑形成过程中的分布和变化.

Abstract:The advantage,theory and method of FEM simulation in chip deforming process were discussed in this paper.Based on the big deformation FEM theory,the FEM model of metal cutting was built.The simulation of chip deforming process was established in all-purpose commercial FEM software.In the result of simulation,we can catch the distribution and change of stress or temperature etc in chip deforming process.
