| 摘 要： | 电子信息产业是四川省八大优势产业之一。基于对四川电子信息产业外贸出口形势的SWOT分析，认为政府基于企业集群理论的政策引导和企业以攻克和掌握关键核心技术为目标的研发投入是四川电子信息产业提高国际竞争力、突破外国技术性贸易壁垒限制的关键所在。

| Abstract: | Electronic information industry is one of the eight main advantageous industries of Sichuan province. Based on the SWOT analysis on the export status quo of Sichuan electronic information industry （SEIT） ,this paper argues that there are two keys for SEIT firms to improve international competitive edge and breakthrough foreign countries＇ trade barriers of technology （TBTs） ： One is the governmental police orientation guided by enterprise cluster theory,and the other is firms＇ R＆D investment aimed to surmount and master crucial core technologies. |
