灰鼠蛇与智能计算透明骨骼标本的制作

摘    要:脊椎动物骨骼研究不仅是动物运动生理的重要内容,也是动物分类的重要依据。其中标本的制作非常关键,标本的优劣直接影响研究的可靠性。通过使用阿利辛蓝(Alcian Blue8GS)和茜素红(Alizarin Red S)分别对软骨和硬骨进行染色,再经甘油透明,使灰鼠蛇的全部骨骼在不受任何损伤的情况下清楚地展示出来,不经过解剖,就可了解动物的骨骼构造。目前,国内对灰鼠蛇透明骨骼标本的制作尚未见过报道,故该研究为以后的研究提供最基本的生物学资料。

Abstract:The study of the vertebrate skeletal is not only very important part of animal exercise physiology, but also of zoological taxonomy. In particular, production of specimen is very crucial. The advantages and disadvantages of specimen closely contact with reliability of study. I used Alcian Blue 8GS and Alizarin Red S color the cartilage and bony, and then it was transparent in glycerin. Ptyas korra clearly displayed without any damage, so we could know the bone structure without any general anatomy. At the present, the reports on production of transparent skeletal specimens have not yet seen in domestic studies. Therefore, this article provides the most basic biology material for later research.
