| 摘 要： | 高校服务型机关是我国高校机关改革的目标模式，它的基本要求是行为规范、运转协调、公正透明、廉洁高效。建设高校服务型机关主要是通过落实科学发展观、树立服务意识，完善机关服务制度，深化以聘任制为核心的人事制度改革等几个途径来实现。
