高等职业技术师范教育是我国改革开放后职业教育事业催生的一种新型师范教育类型,承担着中、高等职业教育师资培养培训的重任。面对我国未来中、高等职业教育发展的战略机遇期,高等职业技术师范教育任重而道远,承担着完善职业教育体系、实现教师教育由封闭到开放的过渡、探索职教师资培养培训规律、职教师资专业发展、职教师资培养试验示范、职业教育教师资格认定、职业教育科学研究以及职业学校指导和咨询等崭新的历史使命。

The New Tasks of Higher Vocational Normal Education in China

Higher vocational normal education is a new type of normal education under Chinese reform and open policy,which dealing with the teacher training of Secondary and Higher vocational education. Facing the development opportunities of Chinese future vocational education,higher vocational normal education should bear the historical tasks,such as perfecting vocational education system,changing to open mode of teacher training,exploring the rules of vocational teacher training,developing the profes- sionalization of vocational teachers,making the experiments of vocational teacher training,dealing with the qualification of vocational teacher,researching vocational education science,and guiding the voca- tional schools.
