试论我国中介组织存在的问题及对策

中介组织的发展和完善对一个国家的市场化进程起着十分重要的作用。在我国，中介组织初始发展阶段，存在着政企不分、服务质量不高、立法滞后及立法不健全的问题。为此，文章对发展过程中的问题提出了相应的对策，如削弱政府在中介组织中的地位，加强中介组织独立性；通过竞争和交流提高中介组织的综合素质；尽快建立与经济发展速度相适应的法律和法规。

Try to analyze problems existed in intermediary organization of our country and countermeasures

Development and perfection of the intermediary organization plays a very important role to the market-based process of country.In our country,at the initial developing stage of the intermediary orginization such problems as indistinction between functions of the government and those of enterprises,inperfection of service quality,lagging of legislation and dissatification of legistation exist.Therefore,the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures proceeding from the problems in the evolution for example weakenning government's position in it,strengthening its independence,improving its overall quality through competition and communication.Build the laws and regulations in conformity with developmental speed of economy as soon as possible.
