| 摘 要： | 近二十多年来，我国西北干旱半干旱区生态移民取得了巨大的成就．但还存在一些不可忽视的问题．章在分析西北干旱半干旱区生态移民存在基本问题的基础上．本着时序协调性、空间协调性、要素协调性等原则．探讨了实现西北干旱半干旱区生态移民可持续发展的四大战略，生态优先战略、多元经济战略、城镇化战略和科教振兴战略．以期对西北地区生态移民建设提供决策参考．

| Abstract: | In the past 20 years, there has been great achievement in eco-emmigration in arid and semi-arid area of Northwest China. But there still remain many problems that can't be neglected. The paper analyzes the basic problems lying in the eco-emmigration in arid and semi-arid area of Northwest China, then basedon the harmony principle of time, space and factors, makes an inquiry into the four strategies to fulfill eco-emmigration development in arid and semi-arid area of Northwest China -- ecological priority, multi-economy, urbanization, and development of and science education, in hope of providing strategic reference for the eco-emmigration of Northwest China area. |
