| 摘 要： | 以虫白蜡为原料，采用醇相皂化法制备长链脂肪醇．通过采用多级分子蒸馏技术制备高纯度二十八烷醇，该技术大大降低了蒸馏温度，减少了物料停留时间，从而能有效降低在常规减压蒸馏条件下影响二十八烷醇产品品质的分解产物的含量，提高馏出物中二十八烷醇纯度和品质．

| Abstract: | Long-chain fatty alcohol is produced by alcohol saponification with cera chinensis as raw materials.The technology producing high-purity octacosanol by multi-level molecular distillation has greatly reduced distillation temperature and residence time of materials, which can effectively reduce the decomposition contents that affect product quality of octacosanol in conventional distillation conditions, thus can increase the purity and quality of octacosanol. |
