| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨妊娠合并癫痫的临床表现及处理。方法：回顾性分析妊娠合并癫痫34例的临床表现、处理及结局。结果：妊娠合并癫痫34例中8例孕期未行抗癫痫治疗也未出现癫痫发作,26例行抗癫痫治疗,孕期发作增加5例,发作无增加21例;并发轻度子痫前期3例,胎膜早破1例,早产3例,胎儿宫内生长受限2例;阴道分娩5例,剖宫产29例;新生儿轻度窒息3例,低体重儿2例,新生儿畸形1例。结论：患有癫痫的妇女建议孕前咨询,优化抗癫痫治疗药物,孕前加服叶酸,孕期提倡单药治疗,不建议换药。

| Abstract: | Objective:To reserch on the behavor and treatment for pregnancy with epilepsy.Methods:We retrospectively studied the behavior,treatment and result of pregnancy with elilepsy.Results:Eight of thirty-four cases showed pregnant women haveritgot an outbreak of epilepsy.26 taken anti-epilepsy,5 cases showed pileptic got worse,21 cases showed epileptic were not so bad,3 cases epileptic from mild pre-eclampsia.1 case showed premature rupture of membrane,3 case were premature delivery,2 cases were fetal growth rest... |
