| 摘 要： | 改正、简化和推广了Navarra，Odell and Young的文章的主要结果。给出矩阵方程A1XB1=Ci，A2XB2=C2更简单的公共解的存在性的充分必要条件和更简单的一般公共解的表示；给出矩阵方程AXB=C更简单的Hermitian解的存在性的充分必要条件和更简单的一般Hermitian解的表示。

| Abstract: | This paper corrects,simplifies and generalizes the main results in that derived by Navarra, Odell and Young.Derive more convenient necessary and sufficient conditions for existence of a common solution and a simpler representation of the, general common solution to the pair matrix equition 41XB1=C1 , A2XB2 =C2.Determine more convenient necessary and sufficient conditions for existence of a Hermitian solution and a simpler representation of the general Hermitian solution to the matrix equition AXE = C . |
