设备更新分析中若干问题的探讨

在对设备年运行、维修费用和设备残值进行合理假设的基础计分析了设备平均费用年金、剩余经济寿命与设备各项经济参数的关系，导出了计算设备剩余经济寿命的静态和动态公式，同时对这些公式进行了分析，对影响设备剩余经济寿命的各个参数也进行了理论上的探讨，以上公式和结论对设备更新分析提供限新伯分析途径，在大减化了试算工作。

Some Problems in Replacement of Existing Equipment

On the basis of assumptions of operation and maintenance costs and salvage of equipment ,the relationship among the average annual cost,remaining economic life and economic parameters of equipment is discussed in this paper. For the computation of the remaining economic life of the equipment,useful equations are established.These equations can also be used in the case of considering the time value of money.By analying the equations, the economic parameters of the equipments,which influence the remaining economic life,have been further studied and important conclusions have been drawn. Complicated computations can be avoided when the presented equations are used.
