小波变换和PSD估计在弧焊电信号处理中的应用

摘    要:用小波变换对含有瞬态干扰的弧焊电信号进行多尺度分解,在某些尺度下,瞬态信号特征得以明显增强,用简单的阀值比较就可以有效地检测并消除瞬态干扰.然后对消噪后的信号利用PSD对其估计一段时间内弧焊电信号功率与频率的关系,从而得到可以反映焊接过程稳定性的信号统计特征.最后在Matlab环境下进行仿真实验,验证了此上两种方法的结合在提取弧焊特征信号中的有效性.

Abstract:Using wavelet transform to do multi-scale decomposition for the welding signal with transient interference,in some scale transient signal characteristics can be significantly enhanced.The simple threshold comparison can effectively detect and eliminate transient interference.Then as for the denoised signal,we use PSD to estimate the relation between arc welding signal power and the frequency for a period of time,obtaining the demographic characteristics of signal reflecting the stability of the welding proc...
