| 摘 要： | 幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是80年代发现的定植于人类胃腔的致病菌，它与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、MALT淋巴瘤和胃癌密切相关。目前治疗Hp感染的方案很多，近年来兴起的微生态疗法为Hp相关性疾病的防治提供了新的思路。微生态调节剂益生菌对Hp具有明显的抑制作用，与抗生素联合使用可大大提高抗Hp感染的疗效．减少耐药性发生,并可降低抗生素的副作用。因此．益生菌治疗Hp具有广泛的运用前景，值得临床进一步研究和推广。

| Abstract: | Helicobacter pyloyi(Hp),found in 1982,mainly existence in stomach,is closely associated with chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer,MALT malignant lymphoma,and gastric cancer.Up to the present,there are many strategies in treatment Hp infectine.Resently,microecolgical therapy have afford a new way to treat Hp associated diseases.Probiotics,a kind of microecological adjustment drug,has a promineat inhibition to Hp,and when combined with antibiotics,it can in crease the effect of anti-Hp infection and decrease the drug resistance and the side effect of antibiotics.Therefere,There is avast range of prospects for probiotics to treat Hp infection,and it is worthy of study in clinical medcine. |
