新型多臂开口机构动力学

摘    要:本文对新型多臂开口机构进行了动力分析。作者取摆动滑块为动参考系,导出了凸轮-导杆机构的相对运动关系式,并用间接法找到该高次方程的解。对于六连杆机构的非线性方程组求得其数值解。对整套机构建立动力学方程,并得到相应的结果。

Abstract:This paper presents the dynamic analysis of a dobby shedding mechanism.Inthe Kinematic analysis,taking the oscillatory slider as a moving reference frame,the authors establish,relative motion relations of the cam-rocker mechanism thehigh-power algebraic equation solved by indirect method,and the numelcal solutionsof the non-linear equations for the six-bar linkage obtained.In dynamic analysis,the authors set up dynamic equatlons of the entire mechanism and find the solutions.From the results of dynamic analysis,it can be seen that the mechanism is suitablefor operation at high speed and under heavy loads.
