发动机配气机构动态特性测试和分析

摘    要:通过对三种不同凸轮型线组成的配气机构的振动测量和研究,认为以气门弹簧座圈的振动能量分布规律和时间波形来评价不同凸轮型线的动态特性是可行的。实验结果表明,N次谐波凸轮动态特性较好,更能适应高速车用发动机。

Abstract:From test and analysts of vibration o?three valve gears with different cam profiles, their dynamic characteristics may be evaluated in accordance with energy distribution patterns and time waveforms of vibration for seats of valve spring.Results indicate that N-harmonic cam shows better dynamic characteristics, and are more applicable to high speed engines. Compared with other two profiles , it will not only reduce vibration accelerations of valve, lower instantaneous forces of valve gear and cut down power loss and wear, but also improve engine economy at ordinary speeds, drastically decrease fuel consumptions.
