摘    要:提出一种后验的方式,将传统的FAN和TP算法结合起来,通过比较两种算法的输出,选择最为有效的算法输出,达到较好的压缩效果.引入压缩比的自动控制,以解决ECG信息量变化较大与存储总容量固定的矛盾,以便充分利用存储资源来实现给定时间ECG信息的记录.最后给出了该算法在长时间动态心电监护系统(Holter系统)便携式记录盒中的应用实例.

Abstract:A hybrid ECG compression algorithm with automatic C/R control is presented as well as its application in the portable recorder of Holter system. A method based on so called posteriori mode is developed to combine the traditional FAN and TP algorithms in order to avoid their disadvantages and utilize their advantages. Results of the two algorithms are compared in real time and the one with higher C/R ratio is selected as output. Such a combination gives considerable improvement to C/R ratio at no cost of quality. As we known, the amount of ECG information varies with time and illness whereas the total capacity of the memory is constant. In order to reach a given record time, C/R control must be inducted. PI control is applied as C/R automatic regulation algorithm. Results of practical application of the hybrid algorithm are presented at the end.
