摘    要:比较了焊补修复、非金属材料涂敷、不锈钢板镶嵌、合金粉末喷焊等几种修复大中型水泵空蚀侵蚀方法的优缺点,重点介绍了氧乙炔合金粉末喷焊的特点及应用中应注意的问题。

Abstract:This paper compares the merits and demerits of some repairing techniques for the cavitation erosion and sediment wornout of large and medium- sized water pump such as the repair welding, non- metal coating, corrosion resistant plate inlaying, and alloy powder surfacing, etc., and emphatically introduces the features of and some problems needing attention in the oxyacetylene alloy powder surfacing.
