摘    要:职业生涯规划是人力资源开发中一个新的职能,企业应该提供必要的指导和支持,帮助员工有步骤、有计划、分阶段地实现职业生涯设计和职业发展,从而使员工与企业的发展融为一体,实现企业与员工的共同成长。
