| Abstract: | A mathmatical model to calculate the heat loss caused by ash fouling of any heating sur-face of a boiler and a model to optimize the time-interval of sootblowing with maximum economization are presented. As an example,the simulation results of the models applied to a HG-670/140-9 boilerare given. |
