| 摘 要： | 值此中国科协第七次全国代表大会召开之际,对中国科协未来发展提出了3点希望:加大科普工作的力度;成为党和政府决策的思想库;不仅应关注科技问题,还应关注教育问题。最后列举并分析了当前我国高等教育领域存在的阻碍科技创新的若干问题。

| Abstract: | At the opening of the 7th National Congress of CAST, three wishes for the development of CAST are expressed: the science popularization will be augmented; CAST will become the think tank of the CPC and the government; CAST will focus on not only science and technology, but also education. Lastly, several problems in Chinese higher education those holding back the sci-tech innovation are enumerated and analyzed. |
