摘    要:目的:调查大理市售饮料中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠的使用情况。方法:采用HPLC法,对饮料中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠含量进行测定。结果:大理市售饮料中3种添加剂的使用有差异,某些饮料中对其使用情况未予标注,超标率达30.7%。结论:大量饮用添加剂超标的饮料将直接影响人体健康,必须加强饮料添加剂使用的监督管理,才能确保食品的安全性。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the usage of benzoic acid,sorbic acid,saccharin sodium in drinks sold in Dali market.Method: The benzoic acid,sorbic acid,and saccharin sodium contents in drinks were determined by HPLC.Results: Use of the three kinds of chemical additives was different in drinks,some drinks were not labeled and the standard-exceeding rate was 30.7%.Conclusions: Drinks which have exceeded the standard will influence human's health directly,so we should strengthen the administration to guarantee their security.
