| 摘 要： | 目的：调查大理市售饮料中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠的使用情况。方法：采用HPLC法，对饮料中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠含量进行测定。结果：大理市售饮料中3种添加剂的使用有差异，某些饮料中对其使用情况未予标注，超标率达30．7％。结论：大量饮用添加剂超标的饮料将直接影响人体健康，必须加强饮料添加剂使用的监督管理，才能确保食品的安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the usage of benzoic acid,sorbic acid,saccharin sodium in drinks sold in Dali market.Method: The benzoic acid,sorbic acid,and saccharin sodium contents in drinks were determined by HPLC.Results: Use of the three kinds of chemical additives was different in drinks,some drinks were not labeled and the standard-exceeding rate was 30.7%.Conclusions: Drinks which have exceeded the standard will influence human's health directly,so we should strengthen the administration to guarantee their security. |
