| 摘 要： | 通过对城市用地模式和地价模式之间密切关系的论述,在分别对城市形态、城市的交通、城市规划和城市的环境等影响城市土地地价变化的重要因素进行阐述的基础上,提出了在西部大开发中土地规划及利用中应注意的问题.

| Abstract: | The authors expound the important factors influencing the development of urban land values, such as the urban shape, traffic, planning, environment. By way of discussing the close relationship between the urban land use model and urban land value model, the urban environment land value is put forward and the effect on the urban land use is analyzed. Bring out a great advance in the development of middle and small cities in the west, some problems needed to pay attention to in the West Exploitation in China are presented. |
