方钢管混凝土柱-钢梁框架节点优化设计

摘    要:利用有限元软件ABAQUS 6.5建立内隔板外伸式方钢管混凝土柱-钢梁框架节点模型,进行数值模拟分析.通过与试验结果对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性和计算结果的可靠性.通过优化隔板形状,减小了隔板与钢梁连接区域的应力集中;通过改变隔板外伸尺寸b并进行多次数值计算,得出b值的确定方法;通过对边节点和角节点数值模拟,得出可以减小节点隔板悬伸距离a的结论,方便了建筑外立面装修.实施这些优化措施,在不影响节点承载能力的前提下,提高了节点的适用性.

Abstract:Finite element models of diaphragm subassembly joints between concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular columns are established by ABAQUS 6.5.It proves that the finite element model is correct and the calculation results are reliable to compare with the experiment results.Optimizing the shape of diaphragm reduces the stress concentration of the connection area of the diaphragm and steel beam.Changing the exserted size b of the diaphragm and calculating these different models educes the method of confirming b;The numerical analyses of edge joints and corner joints educe the conclusion that the exserted distance can be minished and the convenience for building elevation decoration.Using these optimization measures improves joints applicability on the basis of not influencing their bearing capacity.
