我国教育法制建设成效分析

摘    要:新中国教育立法从无到有,基本结束了教育领域无法可依的局面;教育行政执法行为逐步规范,依法行政观念逐步形成;改革教育司法制度,受理涉教案件逐年增加;不断完善教育法制监督制度;教育法制宣传与教育法学研究进展顺利.在看到成绩的同时,我们也要看到存在的问题并采取切实措施健全完善我国教育法制建设.

Abstract:Educational legislation of New China grows out of nothing, basically ending the situation of shortage of legal system in education. The action of enforcing the law administratively in education gradually standardizes and the sense of execution in accordance with the law takes shape. With the reform of educational judicial system, the cases about education have been increasing year after year. We should continue to improve the supervising system in educational legality. The publicity of educational legality and research in educational law are under the way. We should pay attention to the existing problems and take proper measures to make our educational construction in legality perfect while we celebrate our achievements.
