机械零件模糊可靠性设计方法的研究

摘    要:在机械零件模糊可靠性设计中,模糊事件隶属函数的选取非常关键,对取为中间型和降半型隶属函数的处理方法提出了质疑,把广义应力和广义强度统一到功能函数中去,取升半型的隶属函数,从而重新建立了模糊可靠度的数学模型,并且讨论了具体的隶属函数的选取和有关参 的确定方法,结果表明所建模型较好地符合零件的实际工作规律,且统一了可靠度计算公式。

Abstract:In fuzzy reliability design of mechanical parts, how to select the membership function of the fuzzy event is important. In this paper, two common methods in which the membership functions are middleform and lower semi-form are questioned. A fuzzy reliability calculating model is given again based on function which includes generalized stress and generalized strength. The way to select the membership function and to determine the relevant parameter is discussed. The formula is deduced out and unified. The calculating result is in accordance with the fact.
