雅砻江水力资源开发及其评价

雅砻江水量丰沛，天然落差大，干支流蕴藏了丰富的水力资源，但其水力资源的开发程度很低，资源优势未得到充分开发利用，雅砻江水能资源丰富，经济指标优越，开发条件好，应大力开发，建议近期以两河口至江口段为重点开发河面，进行“梯级、滚动、综合”开发，尽早开发建设锦屏一级和两河口电站。

Exploitation and Evaluation of Hydroelectric Resources of the Yalong River

With an abundant flow, the Yalong River valley(both main stream and tributaries) holds in store an abundant hydroelectric resources. The Yalong River valley has not only abundant hydroelectric resources, but also favorable exploitation condition and advantageous economy index,so the resources should be fully utilized. In the near future, the course between Lianghe kou and Jiangkou is the focal point of exploitation. These step stations should be comprehensively exploited one after another. Two stations-Lianghe kou and Jingping First Step, andthe plan of power transmitting should be constructed as early as possible.
