电厂粉煤灰炭制造活性炭的研究

以电厂粉煤灰炭为基础原料制造活性炭 ,实验结果表明 :原料经浮选后 ,只要原料中灰分小于1 5 % ,就可以制出性能较好的活性炭 实验采用煤焦油、沥青作为粘结剂 ,水蒸气为活化介质 ;同时 ,对生产过程主要影响因素进行了研究 活性炭的强度达 87% ,水容量为 1 0 1 .9% ,吸碘值 72 5mg/g ,亚甲基兰吸附值 1 39mg/g ,比表面积 1 0 35m2 /g 可用于有机溶的回收、空气与水的净化及作催化剂载体 ,产品质量高 ,经济效益及环境效益较好 图 1 ,表 6 ,参 5

Activated carbon made from coal fly ash carbon in a power plant

This paper introduces a method of making activated carbon from coal fly ash carbon in the power plant.The research results showed that satisfactory granular activated carbon could be made from coal fly ash carbon so long as the material was floatation and the ash content of coal fly ash less than 15%.This experiment with coal tar and asphalt as hinder,with vapor as medium of activation. The paper analyses main factors which affect manufacturing process.The activated carbon had 87% hardness,101.9% adsorption capacity of water,725 mg/g iodine number,139 mg/g methylene blue adsorption, 1 035 m 2/g specific surface area.This activated carbon can be used for organic solvent recovery,gas and water purification and as the carries of catalysis,good quality of product and having better economic and environmental benefit.1fig.,6tabs.,5refs.
